My job is to create the structure and environment so that artists can do what they are best at. I’ve been blessed to be called “the center of gravity on set” and “the gold standard” and I strive to live up to that every day.

I value authenticity, collaboration, and good vibes. My style is take-no-bullshit, but feel good while we’re doing it. My sets aim to be a place where every crew member can truly feel welcome and supported. 

While we aren’t doing rocket science, we are creating a culture together. Let’s make it a good one.

When I’m not on set, you can find me deep in community-building work with my nonprofit, We’re All Neighbors, reading, making soup, or daydreaming about camping and sometimes actually going.
